Does the Law Office give advice by phone?

In principle, we do not give advice by phone, because this form violates the principle of reliability that should be guided by responsible and pragmatic lawyers. However, in a situation where a company or a person is associated with the Office with a permanent contract, it is possible to obtain telephone consultation on minor issues.

What is the choice of the Expressis Verbis Law Firm?

Does the Law Firm give advice via the Internet?

Yes, we provide legal advice by electronic means. In practice, this process is as follows:

  •      after receiving an email request, we send to the return address a confirmation of receipt of the request and information on the time it will take to provide a satisfactory customer response or a request to supplement the necessary information / documents regarding the case;
  •      in the content of the return e-mail we also give the quote of the service. From the moment we receive your payment, we will respond within 5 business days;
  •      We provide regular clients with electronic advice as part of a signed cooperation agreement.
How should you prepare for a meeting on legal advice?

All documents related to the case that have been collected in paper or electronic form should be taken to the meeting. In the absence of originals, photocopies will be enough, on the basis of which at least one expert from the Office will be familiar with the issue.

What hours does the lawyer's office work?

As a standard, we work from Monday to Friday between 9.00 - 17.00. In exceptional cases, by prior arrangement, it is possible to meet during non-standard hours including Saturdays, Sundays or other public holidays. To be sure about contacting a specific lawyer, please call the appointment by phone.

What are the costs of legal advice or fees for conducting the case?

Our rates are agreed individually depending on the assessment of the degree of complexity, character, probable duration and time devoted to running a given case. After learning about the problem, before we accept the order, we always inform the customer about the amount of remuneration.

Is the first meeting with a representative or an expert of the Chancellery payable?

The first meeting to present the case is free, unless the client wishes to obtain legal advice during the meeting. Therefore, you should not be afraid of talking to any of our experts, because before your decision to commission the Law Firm you will be presented with the terms of cooperation.

What are the possible forms of settlement with the Office?

We prefer three forms of accounting for cooperation:

  •      lump sum monthly or quarterly with the limit of hours - it is a specified number of hours to be used in the month (quarter), and after exceeding the limit - you are entitled to pay according to the hourly rate (settlement per minute);
  •      hourly wage, which is payable for each hour of work of the Chancellery (settlement per minute);
  •      lump sum - for the project being carried out.

We issue VAT invoices.
